The Utopia Darjeeling Teapot is fashioned in the shape of a noble Indian elephant from brown stoneware, which occasionally peeks through the sheer white glaze. The elephant's tail curls into a handle, and it's trunk into a spout - lift the rider off the top so you can pour your hot water in, and quietly sipping away while dreaming of life in the Asian subcontinent.

Like all of Jonathan's pottery, it's designed and prototyped by his team in their Soho studio, then hand-crafted by skilled artisans in their main workshop in Peru. Their Peruvian workshop was found through Aid to Artisans, a non-profit organisation that connects designers in America with artisans in developing countries to promote fair trade.
